BEWARE!!! To celebrate the Lunar New Year with my husband and 2 kids, I decided to place an order on their website directly instead of seamless so they didn’t have to pay third party fees. HUGE MISTAKE. Placed the order online at 7:33pm, was given an estimated time of 50 mins for delivery, which I thought was reasonable because of the holiday. However, after still waiting for our order at 8:45pm, I emailed AND started calling the restaurant to see where my order was. The line was busy but I finally got through at 9pm. The lady who picked up asked, “Are you calling to see where your order is?” When I answered yes, she then proceeded to say, “All the seamless orders have been sent out, but the other orders were cancelled.” WHAT?! I understand if they got overwhelmed with holiday orders, but it was an intentional decision on their end to prioritize only the seamless orders and then to essentially ignore/disregard the others. NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL, NOTHING to communicate that they couldn’t handle the order 1.5 HOURS AFTER I placed my order. Needless to say, they totally ruined our evening. NEVER EVER ordering from them again and telling everyone we know to STAY AWAY. I don’t care how good their food is, this is totally unprofessional, irresponsible and not the way to...

This place surely fooled me. I thought I would be getting better service from a fancy-schmancy takeout restaurant in an upscale neighborhood but, sadly, I was mistaken. First of all, the same brown sauce was used for everything. Not only was the fried rice drenched with brown sauce, it was so hard it broke off into three large chunks when I tried to scoop it out. I ended up throwing it away and made my own rice instead. The egg foo young came with a container of brown sauce instead of the gravy-like sauce I'm used to getting so I found some turkey gravy and used that instead. The chicken mei fun, which usually comes without sauce, was also drenched in brown sauce making it taste more like a chicken lo mein. The meat was hard and the food was too bland for my taste. I'm thinking that's why so much brown sauce is used? But the biggest surprise of all was a hole in the egg foo young container which I noticed after I was halfway through the meal. Now, I've eaten at some sketchy places in my lifetime but I've never gotten food in a container with a hole in it!  Really? Nobody noticed this before it left the kitchen? No thank you. I'll stick to my tried and true Chinese restaurant in my working class/lower middle class neighborhood where the food is cheaper...

This was my first time being in contact with this restaurant. I called and said "Hi there, how much would it be for shrimp with mixed vegetables and fried rice?" He tells me "nine fifty" ($9.50) I say, "okay, and if I was to swap the shrimp for chicken instead, how much would it be then?" He replies "same price, nine fifty" so I said "okay thank you very much." I give my friend money to grab it for us. He gets there and they tell him "nine fifty where?! Go somewhere else!" He calls me and tells me this. I asked him "what? Let me speak to them" my friend goes "no, I'm not letting her touch my phone after being nasty with me. We going to order somewhere else." I call a few mins after and I ask "why did you tell me it was $9.50 for the shrimp mixed vegetables and fried rice and tell my friend that it's not and to go somewhere else?" She argues with me. She talks over me without letting me speak and I say "okay, I'll write a review for you. Bye"

I'm clueless on why she was being a disgusting human being? But the other guy was nice over the phone. Whatever, everything happens for my own benefit. I probably would've ate something awful and wasted my money. So thank you, beautiful...

I was disappointed with my food. I ordered a big order. One order was general souls chicken with pork fried rice. They sent me the wrong rice and put white rice instead. I called, and instead of replacing the whole meal, and let me be clear! They only OFFERED to send the rice, so my meat was cold and still had white rice stuck everywhere... So turned me off, not that it mattered because when I started eating the meat, it was spicy! Let's be clear here, too! It was spicy to the point where my lips burned. This has never happened with any restaurant I have eaten general souls chicken from. I looked around the meat and multiple red peppers in the meat. I did not ask for EXTRA spicy! Worst experience! And yes, I still think my order was WRONG! FYI- I had forgotten to add how they argued with me at the end about how they sent me all my sodas but they had forgotten one for one of my employees and gave me an issue with replacing it as well. Ridiculous! Some customer service training wouldn't hurt.

I just ordered my food 3 Chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and an egg roll My rice was completely drenched in Oil And so was my chicken. Had to transfer the rice into a container after draining off some of that oil My eggroll HOWEVER was nice and crunchy and surprisingly not oily 🥴🤦🏽‍♀️🤔 Ugghh It’s annoying because as a health care worker I don’t have the time to just simply eat my food when I want I’m literally working around an elderly persons schedule. So imagine just wanting a decent meal from time to time regardless of it being take out. ✨I do admire the fact that they give out 🥠 fortune cookies along with your meal….. Brought back Memories ✨
