Worst place ever. They groomed my dog all the way down to her skin !!! the crazy part is she looks at her and says shes should be good she got no knots. then goes an shaves off all her furr and takes almost 3 hours and charges us $160 for butchering our dog !!! do not get your dogs groomed here !!!

Staff was very friendly, facilities looked amazing however the online booking function DOES NOT WORK! If you need an appointment you have to call to confirm it was written down in a book.

Online booking let me schedule an appt for 10:30 I showed up 10 minutes early, the store was not open, nobody showed up until 11. (Despite hours online saying open at 10)

I then entered to check in for my appt only to be told that the online booking service didn’t work and all appts are scheduled on pen and paper.

At the end of the day, my dog wasn’t groomed and the only offer I got was to come back tomorrow. I had planned my whole day around this and it really threw a wrench in my dogs and my own day.

Frankly, I wish I could give this place zero stars. I purchased a hermit crab for my daughter’s fifth birthday. This place has various animals and they keep them in a basement with minimal circulation. Nonetheless, I purchased a hermit crab from there. My daughter was so ecstatic to receive the hermit crab. The gag is, the hermit crab never moved nor came out the shell. We put water on it and a fishy odor consumed the room, and that’s when we knew it was dead at purchase. You could only imagine how devastated my FIVE YEAR OLD WAS. I tried to make it up to her by doing an exchange at this same place. They attempted to give me ANOTHER DEAD HERMIT CRAB. Everyone is nice and they have a good selection of supplies but unfortunately the conditions for the reptiles and fish are the worst I've ever seen in a pet store. Honestly heartbroken, considering buying an animal just to prevent it from continued neglect and mistreatment... nothing against the owners but please properly research how to care for the animals you are selling... I've seriously never seen conditions this bad and ive been going to pet stores my entire life :( please change the water in the fish tanks weekly, put that frog in a bigger tank and feed the leopard gecko more frequently. Not trying to drag down your business, i just really care about animals. Please take better...
