I grew up in the neighborhood and had been eating this for a long time. Many have hated it but I always gave it the benefit of the doubt. I recently moved and had been gone a year. I came back and was craving my regular 4 chicken wings with french fries and mambo sauce and hot sauce on everything. I specifically like mines to be fried well done. I called and asked for a delivery. I remember when this order used to be five dollars but now it’s $10. On the phone I’ve had to repeat to her four times that I want my chicken well done and with hot sauce. I repeat it so that there should be no mixup or problems when I get the food. I was craving this for a long time, and I wanted to be right. My food was delivered and it was disgusting. The chicken was not cooked all the way. The skin was rubbery and slimy. The french fries taste like they were fried earlier that morning and reheated. There was no texture to the fries. The Mambo Sauce did not taste the same and there was no hot sauce on any of the food. I was highly disappointed, because my anticipations were very high.
