I never make comments that aren’t good to the business but I was so hurt and upset that I had to leave a comment so that others in my community are aware and NEVER have an experience as I did.There are many selection of food on broadway to est from.This is a local store not far from my home that I would order for delivery for my family.I usually have the menu but this time I did not but I ordered my usual.This time my food came up to more than usual so I asked the prices.The menu online is the same as the one I had because I always order the exact same thing also my husband would pick it up if we didn’t choose delivery..the person taking the order on the phone told me it was $11 for 4 wings & fries and $14 for hot wings & fries so I sent my husband for a menu because that was such a jump in price.The food came so fast and what a coincidence they suddenly didnt put the menu in the bag (which the always have) because they didnt want me to see the dishonesty of them trying to rip me off..In the menu 4 wings and fries is $9 and 6 wings and fries is $11.I will not be ordering again...

It’s so frustrating when you call in and get one price, but then when he shows up at your door, the total is suddenly a bit higher like, come on! It's just not worth the hassle when you can find places that are upfront about their pricing and don't give you that weird vibe. Be careful when ordering the shrimp, twice now I’ve been served coconut shrimp (not on the menu, yet somehow I’ve been served it) despite ordering regular shrimp. They didn’t say it was coconut shrimp. First time they said “all we have is coconut shrimp” (while inside the place). Second time I called to report it, they said they didn’t have coconut shrimp on the menu. Not sure who in their kitchen is adding coconut, but with no disclosure it’s an allergy hazard.

Their lemonade is good and a great price for the size, when they serve non-coconut shrimp it’s delicious. Their chicken is good, the fries are always soggy - if you’re into that, this is the place to go.
