Hope to visit it one day, for now can only leave a review about highly unprofessional team that is also rude. I understand the lady at the reception might not be making enough money to talk professionally to customers, but she needs to understand she is representing a larger organization and needs to act accordingly.
Situation: I called last Thursday to book an appointment for Monday Feb 19, and I was told that the person available didn’t accept Cigna insurance. I said I was fine with paying the full price out of my pocket. I received a call on Friday from this studio asking if I am willing to consider another studio that accepts Cigna. I said I prioritize time first, and insurance second, but if they can find someone who accepts Cigna on Monday I will do that I received another call later on Friday asking if I am willing to go to a studio in hells kitchen (the most convenient studio for me), I said yes, but then they said the studio doesn’t have time on Monday… Not professional… Why would one offer something that doesn’t work? I asked if I can still pay the full price for Monday at the initially agreed studio, and they told me no - the person is available, but they have technical issue with my account so they can’t give me services at a full price I promised to call back after my work day to chose another studio and follow up on technical issue, but I finished late so no one picked up… and no one left any email / text suggesting different options (!) Called on Monday AM only to learn there is no appointment. The person was rude saying “You promised to call back and didn’t”, but clearly she didn’t do anything to fix the issue - she didn’t check anything with other studios, the technical issue was not resolved, and there was no email / text clarifying anything When asked if I can still come and pay the full price the answer was NO. The lady then told me to call other studios myself to check their availability. This is extremely rude and...
Read moreUpon my initial visit staff was wonderful, going so far as to say that my bill would be taken care of, however a month later I got the bill in the mail for a whopping 600$. Thankfully my insurance took care of most of it and I was left with a bill of 80$, however, charging 600$ upon my first visit, and not until a month after the fact, along with repeated phone calls where they give me a massive run around had led me to assume that they're scammers. There is no way in which the 1 hour of showing me stretches, as well as providing a nice massage and helping me fix an ongoing issue was worth 600$, the service being offered was no where near the realm of 600$, that's utter insanity. Due to the repeated phone calls about the bill, along with the initial 'it'll be taken care of' statement, and the bill only arriving over a month after my initial visit feels like insanely shady practices. I'd say avoid this business at all costs to avoid massive bills for little in return. That being said, they were quite helpful during my...
Read moreDanielle was absolutely awesome! I was skeptical about doing pt by video chat but excited that I wouldn't have to leave my house so I figured I'd give it a try. From the beginning of the call, Danielle was friendly, comforting, clear, and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciated the way she would explain the program and exercises, often answering my questions in her explanation before I even got to ask them. I was amazed at how prepared she'd always been for our sessions. I'm sure she has a ton of clients but she never once got my program confused with someone else's and was always ready with a game plan for our session which was great! I did one in-person visit and the office was lovely. They also had pictures of dogs all over the place so that should be motivation enough to go. All-in-all, I 100% recommend this place and specifically...
