I got my 21st birthday dress done with her and it was a horrible experience, thank god I got it done a month before. They’re so unprofessional first I put the deposit down and my measurements taken and the following day she texts me saying she doesn’t have the fabric which In my eyes how do you run out of fabric as a designer?? Then she gave me a set date to pick up, the day comes to pick up my dress and she texts me an hour before (mind you I live in jersey so I’m paying toll and my time to go to the heights) she tells me that it couldn’t be finished so she pushed my date back. Then I finally pick up my dress and when I get home and check my dress the stitching was horrible, unstitched in some places. I obviously texted her and she told me to bring the dress back to her as if I live 5 min from the place, I told her “ok is there an extra charge” and she never got back to me. Waste of time, don’t bother going to her store. I went with cash in hand wanted to buy some pieces because I have a few bday events coming up. The lady at the store was just rude. Told me I can only try on three dresses. I originally thought she meant I can try on 3 dresses at a time. Which I did some didn’t fit, I asked for a bigger size or a different dress she goes I already told you pick wisely you can only try three pieces on… lol how do you want clients to buy dresses that aren’t refundable and I can’t try them on. Makes absolutely no sense and it’s not like the dresses are cheap either. I just walked out and left the dresses I was going to get to get as well. I went to a different boutique and bought four dresses the same day. Horrible customer service and very inconsiderate. I’d even ask the lady for advoce on the dresses and the attitude was through the roof as if I’m bothering her. Idk if it’s the designer mother or family member but you lost a buying customer due to lack of service and policy. I can only...

Nice dresses, nice girl. Horrible service. I wrote her a few weeks before the shower to do a simple short custom dress... super simple dress and she asked me to get measurements giving me her word on being able to do the dress for me. Extremely hard to reach her and get things going, tells me to send pictures of myself and that she will forward color options from what she has. Then literally 6 days before the shower writes me “hey” then I ask her is this going to happen?? Because she has not yet shown me colors nor asked for a deposit.... After I went out to get measurements at that. Waste of time out of my life! Extremely upsetting! So if you’re going to ask for a custom dress I suggest months before since she clearly doesn’t have a efficient functioning system to take in many orders nor knows how to handle the request properly when it’s done at a time she cannot handle. So I suggest ordering online the dresses she has made for less stress. Super unfortunate to see! But at least she has...
