I recently had the pleasure of visiting 325 Kent with an incredibly friendly staff and a beautifully designed interior/exterior. From the moment I entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff members were attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable.

Not only were the staff members friendly, but they were also knowledgeable and helpful. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for their work truly shone through, making my visit all the more memorable.

The building itself was a sight to behold. The design was a perfect blend of modern elegance and inviting warmth. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the carefully chosen decor to the well-thought-out layout. It was a true visual delight.

Updating my review after now calling this home for the past 3 years... I am so grateful for the sanctuary that is 325 Kent. After so much turmoil in the world and in life, it is always a relief to come home here. The people here have continued to make it feel like a home above all else, their kindness and hard work is exceptional and has remained that way the entire time I've been here. They are truly like family to me. Since the world has changed, I now work at times much more from home and am able to function highly here in this peaceful space with such great amenities. The building is so well designed with very cool architecture. I love bringing friends to the roof, whatever the season, to give them a taste of the best view in NYC!! We are spoilt for choice by so many great places to eat and things to do right here. I'm not going anywhere, grateful to call 325 Kent home for some time to come.

Original Review- 3 years ago: I am new to the 325 Kent community and I’ve been blown away by the welcome I’ve received by everyone here! My move has gone so smoothly and management have been so quick to respond to any help I’ve needed. I am greeted with a “welcome home” by everyone as I walk in the door and I do feel like I’m home. The apartment is beautiful, so bright with high ceilings, amazing amenities including a huge work space and views from the roof is priceless. Mekelburgs downstairs also does amazing coffee and food. As a 3-year resident of 325 Kent Ave, I can confidently say it's not just a place to live, but my home. The incredible city views from my apartment and the rooftop are awe-inspiring - they've become my go-to backdrop for relaxation, early morning workouts and show-stopping 4th of July fireworks.
