Suzie's Party Plus — Local services in New York

I had kept in contact with the owner for a week. First off, her number is her personal number. Everytime I called she was busy, always speaking with other people at the same time, it was very unprofessional. Second, the day before, she tells me to come pick up the chairs between 11-12. The day of my event I had tried calling since 10am, and her phone was off all day. When I arrive to the place it was closed, the gate was not down but the door was locked. Looking inside of the place it was a mess!!!! Absolutely cluttered and disgusting. Someone came up to me to ask if I was the owner and we then realize we were both there to pick up chairs, except that person had already been waiting for an hour. As i walk back to my car, the person in the car infront of me also stopped me to ask if i was waiting for chairs. They too were waiting and had been waiting for almost 2hrs. Extremely unprofessional and i unfortunately stayed without chairs for my event. DO NOT CONTACT OR RENT FROM THIS...

Very unprofessional. We paid extra for delivery and pick up, the delivery was supposed to be at 1:00pm. Not only did they drop off the tables and chairs an hour and a half late they also unloaded the items and left them on the curb. I asked for them to be picked back up later on that night after the event, and we called and called and called no one answered. The items weren't picked up until the next day at 2:00pm. Renter beware!!!! This is a big deal because if you rent a space for a certain amount of hours and then you have to end up leaving these items behind they can either be stolen or the patrons can be subjected to a fee for storing those item at that location until she decides to pick her things up. Sad and very unfortunate the way this buisness...

Horrible service, first I got to the place at 12:05 pm and the store was closed, without a note saying whether they would open up or not, after several calls she finally said you can come and get your package, this individual doesn't know what customer service is all about, she's obnoxious, and kinda hostile.
