Very negative experience. I bought over $500 products but the service is bad like I owe them a million. I wanted multiple products and needed to ask questions and try them on, but I had to call them very loud or they will not come because they are too busy chatting with each other. After I paid for all products, I realized that I need two more bags so I went back, but there is a tall guy who said it was too loud outside that he could not hear me and he would come back to me. Of course, he did not come back to me and literally walked away. Exactly the same guy who told his manager that he did not remember me bought two pieces of jewelry one day ago even though I did and wear the same clothes. Not just him but the service is bad. They do not want to say a word to you and only squeeze out a smile after they see that you want to buy something. I will not come back to this store and will think twice when I want to buy Swarovski...
   Read moreI visited the store yesterday. I have a lot of their product and one necklace turned yellow. I wanted to see if they could perhaps clean it. The other item was a pair of earrings, the post on them curved. I take care of my things and I didnât know how could the earrings bend so easily. I just wanted to get them fixed. The staff was the worst part of my experience, apart from the fact that she tried ti charge me 50$ to clean the necklace, ( ok, the price point was not her fault) she really made me feel bad and tried to shame me for coming there at all. She suggested I should fix the curve on earrings post myself with my own fingers and that the only way they could bend was if I was walking on them! It was very poor customer service and for such a high price comparing to quality, they could at least try and be more helpful! I will never buy anything at...

Being she is a child she lost the actual receipt but we still had the gift receipt she got me. They remembered her (it was only a few days ago) but refused to refund her. Only gift card. I find it revolting that they would take advantage of a young teen, who they recognized as the paying customer just 2 days prior, and would not refund her. She babysat for $12 an hour to save up for this $300 bracelet which now I cannot wear. They took advantage of a minorâs naiveness and kept the money.
