I’m sooo happy Target is back here! I was seriously sad about losing the Target on 117th. I miss the Starbucks the old one had and the food court and the old guest service area, but I will take this Target any day. I was visiting two Targets on the LES or East Village. I was missing them too. Can’t believe Trader Joe’s is here with Target and Marshall’s is nearby as well as a Starbucks. I had nice workers who helped me including a manager. Let’s help take care of this Target as customers. We need this! I pray Target is never taken away ever again. I remember years ago when I had to shop at a Bronx Target because there were none nearby to Manhattan. I also use to go to the 86th street Target before this one opened on 125th. It’s so cool having all the stores nearby to each other- Sephora, CVS, Whole Foods, etc. I will keep praying the area gets better and better. East and West Harlem are blessed to have all of these stores when so many stores are gone today like Rite Aid, Petland Discounts, the other McDonald’s and even Goodwill was closed down. Stop closing down stores those in charge. Open up more of what people need to survive. I love the variety offered at this Target. I will never be ungrateful for what we have now with Target back.

Date of invidents. March 31. 2925 Approx time. Approx 12.15 pm give orvtake 15 minutes Location. Target. Harlem. New York. Incidents occurred in payment area. ........ Dealt with rude Evelyn today. I needed assistance at a chah machine. After I pressed help button and raised my hand and even verbally asked fir help she looked at Mr then walked away. (It is all on canera) When she ultimately came over she looked annoyed and was verbally abrupt abd curt. Then said Rudy "what fo you want?I said calmly "who are you talking to" she thew her hands in air, mumbled something then stormed off. I said "ma'am I am a customer and you are being very rude. A younger gentleman came over to help and was reluctant yo get a manager. I asked "Is is Target policy for a customer who has a concern and asks for a manager, to be allowed to talk to z manager? He told me tgey were very busy. I stood my ground znd he walkie taxied for a manager. A manager came over and we chatted I then asked for head office contact info. Manager said he would handle tge complaint internally. I politely insisted that I wanted head office to know. He got z receipt znd showed me what he indicates was recant process for such complaint Conclusion, the unprofessionalism comes from top n us covered up. Customers do not go to Target for rudeness and stress. There was no desecration implemented by the Evelyn and initially by manager and other worker. In fact I did not initiate anything g negative and instead tgey instigated negativity as though it were street argument as opposed to rational dialog in a corporate setting. One positive. Prior to interacting with the rude staff there was a polite lady in the pizza area who was cordial tactful and rational. She was in tge freezer section opposite tge pizza but politely took time to check pricing etc for me. It is all on your...

This target is filled with thieves for workers. I came into today to get a few things and paid at self checkout. I had put my phone in my pocket and the next second my phone is gone. I went to security and they tried to tell me some guy took my phone out the store. I was on a call using my AirPods so I knew my phone didn’t leave the store otherwise my call wouldn’t be working. It wasn’t until I had my friend who I was on the phone with lock my phone that a worker decided to return my phone. These workers are working together it seems like to steal my phone. When I called and asked a manager to check the cameras again I was given an attitude and told to call corporate which I have done. You guys treat the costumers like they are thieves but fail to see your own workers...
