I am so disgusted with Jimmy Jazz I went in on February 13th to purchase a pair of sneakers for my son as I was visiting the area made it home my son could not fit the sneakers I lost my receipt but I called the store to see what they can do because I love three and a half hours away they told me the receipt could be looked up I didn't want my money back or anything I just wanted to exchange for bigger size the following weekend I took the three-hour drive to return the shoes as I tried to make the return they said their systems were down and they couldn't look up my receipt and there was nothing they can do but continue to take other customers money guess the system wasn't down on that end eye contact customer service as soon as I walked out the store sitting in my car they said that they were going to put in a complaint to corporate and that someone would call me back Monday or Tuesday waited until Saturday and no phone call called back and put in another complaint and here we are Thursday almost 3 weeks later and still no phone call. Thought I would write a review and maybe someone would reach out to me but looking over there reviews they don't even appreciate their customers good or bad review..... respond to owner it's clear you did not read my review I purchased the shoes on the 13th I went back February 22nd before I drove 3 hours I called and I've put in three corporate complaints sent a email and left us review guess I'll have to see if I can sell them online worst customer...

I bought sneakers for $157.87 12 days ago at Snipe and when I went home and tried them, I did not like, how they looked I did not want them, so I waited until I had a day off which was August the 22nd 2024, to return them. Note the merchandise was never used in its original box that's what the receipt said you have 30 thirty days to return it and, refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. When I went into the store to return the manager who said her name was Jazz ( aliases or Fake name) told me that she had no money and I should come back before the store closed or come back the next day, she kept telling me all types of BS I left the store and went back about 20 mins after and told her if I do not get my money I would take legal action and I needed her real name, then she that told one of the employees to give me my money back. Please Please do not spend your money at Snipes because you will have a hard time to get your money back and you will need to take legal action to get it.    Read moreI will NOT be back to this store!! They gave me the complete run around when I tried to return a pair of toddler shoes (brand new, never worn, with a receipt within 30 days). I tried to return them at this store 3 different times. I was told they don't have enough cash in their register to make returns (even though I paid with a credit card) and I needed to return in the afternoon to get a refund. I even tried to make an exchange but they didn't have any sizes in their inventory for toddler shoes so there was nothing to exchange for. When I returned for the 3rd time (a few days later) this time in the afternoon (at 12:51pm to be exact), the manager refused to process the return and said that I could try to come back after 3pm. Otherwise he suggested that I find another Snipes or go down the street to Jimmy Jazz (apparently they're under the same company). So I walked down the street to Jimmy Jazz where the manager was extremely helpful and processed my return (5 Stars for Jimmy Jazz)!! Might as well shut Snipes 125th Street down and just keep Jimmy Jazz. How many sneakers stores do you need on one street anyway?? (0...
