The people (staff) here deserve 5 stars. They are very friendly and helpful. I been here several times for online pick up and have always experienced great customer service. However, the store presentation get 2 stars. It's dirty. When you walk in there is litter all over the floor. The clothes seem in disarray, I assume from customers. I love the Children's Place and I love that there is one in this neighborhood, but let's do better. I'm rooting...

Worse children place ever .. they literally throw all the buyers out of the store .. just to closes at 6:30pm !!! I couldn’t believe what my eyes was seem .. one of the worker told a lady to leave .. and told me I have 2 minutes to pay for my item . I’m completely in shock mode !!!!! All workers including supervisor or manager was right there .. and agree of us leaving the store. !!!! Unbelievable. Won’t ever...

On 9/12/2025, cashier said she saw me put pants in my bag, what I put in my bag was my sweater. Am 63 have a children Place credit card.. Manager she sorry but cashier said nothing. Had I not have an education things could of been turned left. Something should happen with cashier. I was getting uniforms for my grandkids, I left them in the store and had tears in my eyes. I will never shop there..WATCH YOUR...
