Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to. Let’s start with the service. The worker was EXTREMELY rude and could care less. I told her what I wanted to order, and she was like “ okay hurry up other people are waiting for service “. I said “ excuse me? “. So she was extremely rude. Once I have left, I gave my son his bbq BONELESS chicken pieces. I heard a loud crunch so I said “ what is that “ and my son was screaming that his chicken had a bone and he hurt his tooth. I went back in, i guess she was in her lunch break. A different worker was working. Extremely rude as well. I told him what happened and he said “ I need proof of purchase. “ How do you need proof of purchase if I have the chicken in a plate. I can’t just go in the kitchen. I didn’t have the receipt because the girl didn’t give it to me. I told him all the issues and he said “ this isn’t what I am supposed to be doing. For now on ask to speak to a manager. Not my problem. “ first of all he didn’t trust us and second of all, why is he speaking to his customers like that?!! I didn’t say anything cause I know my kids would be extremely disappointed. My daughter said she got sprite instead of seltzer. She is allergic to sprite. I ran in Popeyes and I was demanding a refund. They said “ you aren’t getting a refund. You aren’t the owner. “ I just walked out. I was completely shocked how these workers can be so rude to their customers. I think that business just lost $100. Totally do...

Place is very clean, simple and has seating. Lovely staff when we went in midday. We even went for a 'late night snack', if you know what I mean... And how was it at 11 at night? Flippin' delish. Different staff but everyone was so kind for our chicken journey. We get our usual, my gal and I each order our regular fab spicy chicken sandos, but we just get the sandwiches, not the meal, we love to save calories when we can, thank you, and then guess what? We get a MEAL of 5 tenders. Gotta have our fries! And them biskee? Forget about thaaat. Strawberry Fanta to balance all that fatty earl, with its sweet and sour complexion, mmm. Not sure why people are so angry and nasty. This place just opened, have some grace! I went in with my husband and kids for a pick up order and had zero wait time so that was a plus. There wasn't a cashier at the register so I waved one down and they nervously took my order. It seemed like their main job wasn't the register, but took my order anyway. Not very friendly, but not rude, just seemed nervous and quiet and engish may not have been 1st language. Our order came out quickly and when we got home our whole order was correct and still warm. I enjoyed my 3 piece combo and side of mashed potatoes. I normally eat healthy, but this hit my fast food craving. I didn't find the biscuits dry at all. I would visit again on another cheat meal day!...
