Ariel's work had helped me to get back to a good 8 hours of sleep, lower anxiety and experience the release of emotions trapped in my body. I had my first experience there this past week and I will be back as often as I can. I have had tendonitis for years and currently battling sciatica during pregnancy. The smell of the chinese herbs someone was getting near me was a bit jarring but its also because my smell sense is quite hightened from the pregnancy. Ariel sat down with me and discussed my concerns, pinpointed the areas to focus on and went to town. She carefully applied the needles which i didnt feel mostly except for the ones in the sides of my feet. Once completed she put the heated sheet for me and turned on the table. And to my surprise I actually fell asleep and woke up about 40 minutes later feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I was able to receive the treatment on my back propped up with a large bolster under my legs and my neck and shoulders. Ariel and Co. went the extra healing arts mile to help me fix some drainage issues with my ears, among other areas, that she could sense were in need of treatment.
