I do not have the words to express my gratitude for all the wonderful care and service that you and the team have provided for my family.

I thank Jackie Marsala for looking out for our safety, and the engineering team for reaching out to us. They did not stop there, they made sure that we were safe and provided guidance and accommodation for us to relocate with a team they recommended to help us relocate. It was then that the maintenance team worked tirelessly to get the apartment ready for us, taking care of the fixtures, door locks and smoke detectors etc.

Your teams came in to work every day with a smile on their face: with positivity and dedication. They did a run through with me to make sure that all issues were resolved and that all safety measures were taken.

Appreciation again for Eric Rampulla and Peter Neglia for ensuring our safety and following up with us.

The staff is excellent , the buildings is terrible. The landlord does not care. Residents let dogs urinate in stairwell and also a mentally challenged lady comes from other building and urinates and defecates in elevator and stairwell. Children run up and down hallway making noise. The resident in 2V in 255 Mill, feeds pigeons and squirrels and they urinate and defecate all over the windows. Fleas and mites then come in your home and you get bitten. The people they are moving in here don't work and stomp and make noise over your head. No one does anything. You are not able to open window. No heat in winter in certain apartments. This building 255 is a project. Can not wait...

I’ve been here 12 years and it’s been wonderful living here. So close to all transportation and stores, beaches, parks and restaurants. The buildings were well maintained with helpful and courteous staff. The apartment absolutely wonderful roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately as time went on cleanliness was an issue along with laundry rooms unacceptable when it comes to non working machines for months. Security has been an issue also. Trying to recommend to friends and family but no one answers when you call or completed an online application. Sad to say not as happy as I was in the beginning. Hopefully things will change to...
