TOM AT WINDOW RAMA WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH. WE ORDERED A ANDERSON-EMCO STORM DOOR THAT WAS A CUSTOM SIZE. IT ARRIVED, AND OUR CONTRACTOR PICKED IT UP; WHEN HE CAME TO INSTALL IT, EVEN THOUGH THE PACKAGING WAS INTACT, THE DOOR HAD COSMETIC DAMAGE. WE CONTACTED ANDERSON, AND HAD NO LUCK IN GETTING THE DOOR REPLACED, OR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO EVEN TALK TO OR LOOK AT THE DAMAGE. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED, AND RESIGNED TO LIVE WITH THE DOOR AS IS. I SPOKE TO TOM, AND HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT. WITHIN A FEW DAYS, HE PHONED TO LET ME KNOW THAT A NEW DOOR WAS BEING BUILT, AND HE WOULD NOTIFY ME AS SOON AS IT CAME IN. HE AGGRESSIVELY WORKED TO GET MY DOOR REPLACED, EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY. HIS OBJECTIVE WAS TO SATISFY HIS CUSTOMER, AND HE DID. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS HE SELLS, AND A STRONG ADVOCATE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. IN TODAY'S ACCEPTANCE OF MEDIOCRITY AS THE NORM, TOM BUCKS THAT TREND, AND STRIVES FOR EXCELLENCE....

WindowRama gave me the best price but thatās just the beginning Lauren, the sales rep was so helpful with my order and all the details that everything worked out perfect. I had a lot of the same size windows but some opened left or right, Lauren numbered each individual window so when my order was delivered all I had to do was write the number on the header of the window and the builders knew exactly which window goes where. Thatās just one of the many examples of how windowrama made my home build a breeze. Lauren was also very responsive throughout the project with email or on the phone whenever I had a question or a situation. I canāt recommend them...

In early December, we received the doors, but one of the parts of the door was broken. We reported a broken part of the door to the store. Store said that they would replace the broken part, but we have to wait 3 months again. After 3 months, on March 18th, we have received a part of the door that was broken before, but the design of the door (grills) is completely different. We reported the problem back to the store in Staten Island. After that we try to get through, no one picks up the phone. I strongly advise future customers to think carefully before making a purchase...
