Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

It is unbelievable how they always get the coffee wrong. I went in there for black coffee. It was so light you can see right through it..So she says do you want milk? 🤦🏼‍♀️I said no I just want black iced coffee. Manager comes along she put a shot in it you and says you have pay for it. I was like lady I paid for black ice coffee why would I pay more? Is this the new scheme they’re doing now no one knows what they’re doing in there!! I love Starbucks but this particular location cannot make basic drinks. They never get my order correct even when I say it slowly and one thing at a time and give them time to enter it into their register. I had to have my drinks remade and the stickers printed on my cups were incorrect. Even when they remade my orders, it was so gross I had to throw them away. Go to the location on Richmond Ave, they have experienced baristas. I hope the workers on Hylan learn soon because I like the location and the place looks great otherwise. I came here today 3/7 I asked about a drink that the lady said oh that’s discontinued and had lime 7 things I can’t make that I said ok no problem can I ordered a drink that was once on the menu VERY SIMPLE a frappe with 3 pump vanilla and dragon fruit infusion.
