Nothing special. I came here to try tacos with some sides. The pulled pork tacos were too salty and not much filling, they should be more generous with the tomatoes, salsa and cheese- the price for $12 is decent though . The flour tortillas also taste super commercial, not handmade on site. But its commercial mexican food so i am not surprised. Ordering on the app as a rewards member was a breeze, i got free chips and queso as a new member. The chips were decent restaurant style, thin crispy with a good amount of salt. Their queso was warm and on the chunkier side which is better than liquid queso at chipotle. The cilantro rice and beans đ« was a good portion but it could have used more salt. It sucks that they dont offer you free hot sauces like you see stationed at chipotle. However for $2 for rice and $2 for beans it was super generous and filling, worth it. I would come back here to try a bowl instead of the tacos, bowls seem to be more filling unless you make your own tacos yourself. Service was so so, the place was clean but you can tell it is a bunch of teenagers that lack enthusiasm. Their manager did seem nice when she greeted me. I overhead they ran out of beans so it took a while for them to make my order but i came at almost 8 pm so maybe their inventory runs out closer to closing time. This place could use better menu upgrades like birria tacos and maybe some pickled toppings or pico de gallo. Qdoba lacks creativity compared to chipotle. I would come back here though for the...
Read moreWe decided to try this place instead of Moe's. Pretty similar, except Qdoba looks cleaner (which is why we were looking to an alternative to Moe's). The cashier was very friendly but new (he kept telling us that) and he was obviously nervous. He made us a great burrito and salad, so no complaints. The person we later figured out that was training him was sitting in a booth with a friend and not really offering him any help (the poor guy). She eventually came over to offer him assistance on the register but she wasn't as friendly (she seemed annoyed). I was surprised that (unlike Moe's) we were not offered or given any chips & salsa with our order. (We didn't realize until we got the food home). I was also surprised that there were fewer choices than Moe's, like the rice (only white), beans (only black), onions (only pickled, not raw)... several minor differences. I also feel like basically the same order we would have received at Moe's cost about $5 more at Qdoba ($35 for a salad, a burrito, and 2 large sodas - and no chips/salsa). I might return - primarily because the place looks...
Read moreI wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent order. I was quite disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a bowl, as I have many times in the past, but the portion size was noticeably smallerâapproximately 30% less than what Iâve typically received.
Additionally, I noticed that the two scoops of guacamole that used to be included are no longer provided, and I was informed there is now an additional charge for the second scoop. When I asked about these changes, I was told that there is a new manager.
Iâve always enjoyed QDOBA for its generous portions and great value, and I hope these recent changes donât turn QDOBA...
