WORST NAIL SALON I EVER BEEN TO. 1ST TIME I WENT THE ONLY GUY THERE DID MY NAILS, DOESNT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY CURE GEL POLISH, SPENT $40+ AND LEFT WITH MY NAILS SMUDGED AND DIRTY LOOKING. I NORMALLY KEEP QUIET ON THINGS LIKE THIS BUT I WAS SO BOTHERED I WENT BACK AND ASKED IF IT CAN BE FIXED BY THE LADY WHO SITS IN THE FIRST SEAT ON THE LEFT SIDE.

FAST FORWARD A YEAR LATER AND I NEEDED MY NAILS DONE, MY REGULAR SALON IS FURTHER AWAY SO I GAVE DREAM NAILS ANOTHER CHANCE. GOT THE SAME GUY, HE DID THE WORST MISHAPEN JOB ON MY NAILS. ONCE AGAIN THE GEL POLISH WASNT CURING CORRECTLY. YOU KNOW ITS A BAD SALON WHEN PEOPLE COME INSIDE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR NAILS FALLING OFF OR THE POLISH CHIPPING JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER GETTING IT DONE. LITERALLY 3 CUSTOMERS CAME IN TO COMPLAIN WHILE I WAS GETTING MY NAILS DONE.

THE WORST PART IS THAT HE TRIED TO BLAME THE SMUDGING NAILS ON THE LIGHT WHEN IT WAS A NEW POLISH HE "SUPPOSEDLY" USED ON MY NAILS. I PAID THE $44 HE CHARGED ME WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS AND LEFT.

NOT EVEN 2 DAYS LATER MY NAILS WERE LIFTING. USUALLY MY GEL FILL INS LAST 2-3 WEEKS AT MY REGULAR SALON. BY THE END OF THE WEEK THE NAILS DETERIORATED. ZERO STARS!!! GET RID OF THAT GUY HE IS...

So I called this place the morning before I went in. Asked the man how much a gel manicure and pedicure would cost, he tells me $40. I go, the workers are all staring at you like an alien and get angry when you ask them about anything. Finish the gel manicure and pedicure, everything is normal. I go to pay up front with $60, $40 for the services and $20 for the tip. The lady says it's $75. When I tell her I called earlier and the man said $40, she brings him out front and he flat out says "I never said $40." I didn't even have enough cash to pay without the tip. When I tried to tell them about the phone call earlier, they were all getting rude to me. Ended up having to pay $35 off of card with the $1 fee. I tipped the woman $10 instead as well. So angry, I wasted $35 and if the man just told me it was $75 I would have been fine. Top it all off, the job isn't even that great. It's all messy. Never...

I wouldn't even give this place one star. They seem to have a lot of business but I sure did not have the best customer service experience at all.... Lets begin on the pedicure (of course everyone has their own person) but being that it was my first time here I was truly unimpressed. I'm very big on foot massages, you do a great job and put effort into it, then u will get a tip. My pedicure wasnt the best but the color painting was great. I also got a gel manicure and being that it was busy the lady rushed my nails and filed my nails very short. She wasn't even fully finished taking care of my nails. After I put it in the UV light, she immediately jumped to take care of someone else's pedicure. The remaining process of my nails was left to another nail technician. All of these google reviews are Lies and they are fake..... I spent $43 on...
