The 2 ladies working in the counter on the morning of May 29th, 2020 started arguing with me before I even approached the counter. Noticing that they both were amped up , I let them yell at me before trying to talk to them in a courteous manner. They both pointed to a sign on a door and told me to read it. When I again explained to them that the package already had a label, they told me to leave and go to another branch. I politely asked to speak to a supervisor and both told me they had none. One of the reps even picked up the phone and threatened to call the police if I didnāt leave. I was forced to pay over $30 to go to the nearest post office on Myrtle Ave. where the representative was courteous, opened the door and took my package without any hassle. I cannot believe that the 2 employees working at the Metropolitan Ave location are allowed to yell at customers, threaten to call police in a time when their time can be spent on more pressing matters. These ladies do not deserve to work with the public. If they hate working with people, they should quit and find a job where they donāt have to interact...

I had tried to mail them via machine in New York City but the postage I wanted was not available on the machine. In the time I was there 2 customers came in to actually make a purchase, 2 came in to drop something off and one came in asking for change of address forms. The clerk who waited on me told me that I should have tried to do this at home that I've closed down an entire window and look at how many people have come in. So I did do my next shipment of 5 packages from home. I scheduled a pick up for July 31st no one came. I scheduled a pick up for August 1st and no one came.
