VR Laser Hair Removal — Local services in New York

The owner of this place is completely unprofessional and rude. I don't even know how she runs the place. I went for the laser treatment once and paid for one session around $149-169. I don't know why they even have the credit card machine- it doesn't work at all. I had $100 cash, which I gave and went to the bank to get more cash to pay. When I got back I paid the rest and left $30 tip to the laser technician- Oksana- who did a great job. I didn't take the receipt because I trusted the people and my friend used to go there and recommended Oksana to me. Before I left, the owner- who was on a front desk told me that the next time I come I just have to pay $200 to receive the full package of treatments- total of 6 treatments. I waited for a month and called to make an appointment. Not only they told me a have a balance of $49 ( I called 2 times to figure out why and each time they promised to call me back but just ignored and only got back to me at 3-rd time) which the owner forgot to add after I came from the bank and gave the the rest, but also they told me they were trying to reach me and left messages, which I never received. After I said none of those is true because they never put my money in a system and I was too trusting to get a receipt, the owner told me to " go and find yourself another saloon", which I gladly will do. It makes me feel real sorry because I really liked the work of laser technician, but the attitude and the level of ignorance and unprofessionalism are...

Pleasant staff, beautiful environment, great prices, and very clean. Always delightful coming to my appointments and interacting with everyone. The boss is a sweetheart and is always more than happy to answer any of my questions about the procedures and the machine itself. I have bought two packages for full legs and full arms laser hair removal sessions a few months ago and couldn't be anymore happier with the results. I don't have to have the constant worry of having to shave my legs before the beach or waxing my arms before an event.
