I went for an alignment after changing my entire front end, a skinny old man right away told me it is $130 for the alignment, I think the price was little too much but without questions i agreed, he after jacking up my car and checking for any play on the tie rods or ball joints surprisedly told me my front tires are bad and need to be replaced, he didn’t notice I just passed inspection and my front tires are at 6/32 and the rear at 8/32 that represents a good amount of tread life, but not for his eyes. when the Department of Transportation recommends that you replace your tires once they've worn down to 2⁄32, so after denying he recommended me then a tire rotation for $30 on top of the $130 and I am sure that he was not going to do more than adjust the front toe, he preferred to let me go just because I denied doing the extra, I can’t imagine how many people are scammed on a daily...

The tire shop is located two blocks from my apartment. I came in late Thursday night to have my two tires patched or plugged. Stay away from the Mexican guy with the ponytail who tried to hustle me into buying new tires. Both of my left-hand tires are slowly air leaking. He informed me that the left rear tire was worn out and that I would need a new tire, which would cost $165. I told him I'd think about it and get back to him in a couple of days. He performed a water test on the front left tire and informed me that I needed a new tire. I told him to do the plug job, but he said he doesn't do that. lol He then tried to charge me diagnostic labor $10 for putting back the tires. There was no real work and I told him to call the cop on me. I let him know this is a civil manner so he can take me to court for an unpaid $10 diagnostic job. Terrible experience tonight March 11th. I’ve been going to this place for nearly 6 years and was always treated fairly by the employees. I was running a flat tire. Decided to drive an extra mile to this place. A dark skin, Hispanic young gentleman treated my girlfriend and I very bad. He was rude, he kept cursing, very unprofessional compared to the other crew. Broke my tire valve, didn’t fix the flat and charged us for a service never provided. Went to Dragon Tires, 5 min away from Who’s Papi Tires, fixed my front passenger flat tire and gave me a new valve for free. I recommend people to go to Dragon Tires, mostly because they know how to treat costumers. Who’s papi’s night crew make costumers feel like we’re begging for charity for their service.
