I grew up here in Woodside my whole life. They just changed the design in 2020 and tbh the vibes are not the same. All the seats are by the edges of the park which is pretty annoying with the BQE next to your ears— very bad seat placement, they also added a small garden separating the park into two, thus makes no sense and people just break into half of the garden to get to the other side and last something doesn’t feel right about this design. It’s way too open plus bad seat placement is enough to say that it not properly designed

When I was there it is close for the “corona “ but I remember is always busy ! It's a nice playground a large place that has various sports activities going on. The park is well kept and there were plenty of sports being played. Young parents also bring their small kids there for activities ,small jumps and some type of family things to do....

There are so many homeless people around this park. Sometime we do go there to provide them food. Park itself is not big enough but it is still good for kids and youth to play basketball.

I used to take my kids to Hart Playground in Woodside since it was close to where i used to live. Park seriously needs renovations. Its crazy and scary to see homeless people and workers who hang around there all day using the facilities and sleeping on parks benches where people take small children to play. Not only that, on several occasions me and my husband would see homeless ppl throwing up and peeing on the grounds and leaving their smelly clothes and stuff around.

Park is for the kids and parents and it should be that way. Also the facilities are scary to take ur child for any use no lights no water very dirty and people who should attent to it sleeping on the benches instead of cleaning and keeping updated. I read online few days ago that the park will undergo a renovations and would love to see that i would gladly stop by and take my kids when that happens. I have seen many worried parents and talked to few who feels that city has forgoten about them and that this park could be last one to be taken care of in last 20 yrs. Its a sad fact and someone has to do...

The day laborers knock this playground down to a two star unfortunately if it wasn't for them this park would be a four or five star. You really have to watch what happens when you are there, you could have the day laborers drinking alcohol, cussing and swearing, peeing outside of the bathroom, stripping right in front of the children, when the bathroom is locked and the park workers are there you can even blame that on the day laborers as well, and they also tap into City power. Unfortunately the cops don't want to do anything about it since it's right be an interstate and technically would be considered a Federal problem. Without these day laborers, we would have a safer and cleaner playground, and a better place for our...
