They are very friendly when you buy from them, but I once order a buritto and the chef gave me a plate of lettuce and chicken, then I asked them that this is not what I order. So I asked to get what I order and to take back the food they made which was their fault. So the owner refused and blamed me for telling him the wrong order. And told me that I had to pay for it for wasting his inventory. So at this point I didn’t want to eat his food anymore so I asked for a refund which toke 15 minutes to get. Horrible unfriendly staff, each time I've called to place an order for delivery. They're reluctant to service me due to my area code number. Each time I've called, I've had to explain my phone number. This is a horrible business model. If your place of business is receiving a call. It's either something regarding you're establishment or a potential client. I've never been the type to write up something negative about a place ever. All in all, the food here is alright. This place may not be "the have it all Bodega around the corner", but the Family owned and operated joint is just friendly and welcoming. The food is awesome, totally flavorful and priced juat right.
