Windsor Farms Market — Local services in New York

was randomly asked to check my bag upon checkout as if I stole something. I understand you need to protect your store, but at least provide some proof or reasons as to why instead of just randomly pointing at my bag with no explanation other than you making assumptions. he also had the nerve to touch me on the shoulder after. even though their goods are overpriced and average, i loved coming here to get groceries upon going home from work but i think i’ll stick to stores/delis that are more welcoming and less accusatory. (Not sure if racial prejudice has anything to do with this, but I didn’t see security do it to the white nurse in scrubs 🤷🏻‍♀️). this informed my experience at this store too much to go back. edit: to this “Chet”, read all of the other reviews on how this store has either profiled or bag checked them. enjoy your bland...

Literally the rudest people work here. Came in to get breakfast at the time they were serving as per their sign 7-11 and no one was there to help. Asked if anyone was working the station to make breakfast and the cashier said does it look like someone is there no. I asked if she can call someone and she said no they get there when they get there. Several workers just walked by myself and other customer without a word or offer for assistance. A person told me they were waiting 45 minutes to be serviced....
