Great value for excellent food! Delicious ribs and pernil. Conveniently located near DeKalb station and B13 bus stop. Got two platters to go. Both packed to the brim. Ribs with Mac and cheese and fries. The ribs were flavorful and not dry, not sure what the spice were but it had excellent flavor. And there were 4 big ones!! The mac and cheese was good. The fries were unfortunately soggy. It is to go so I suppose it got limp in the container. The second platter was pernil with rice and lo mein. Some of the pernil was quite dry, like overcooked dry, the other half was fatty and moist. Excellent flavor. For the price the portions and the flavors were on point. The beef empanada was really excellent with their green sauce. It was crispy, filled with juicy beef, and excellent flavor overall. This was the best item overall!! I got a side of sausage and this was also excellent. Nicely grilled and excellent flavors. Online order and pick up was prompt.

The store didn't look too amazing, but there is always a crowd here, which is honestly a good sign! You cannot get picky all small stuff, when you visit Costa Rica, the setup is exactly the same... So their layout is okay. I had a delicious chicken plater with veggies and fried plantain. It was really tasty and fresh. The guys who work here are friendly as well, delivering great customer service. This includes a warm inviting place to eat. Next time I visit, I want to see how breakfast is like. Looking forward to it. FYI: There is a guy that looks Asian, he actually Peruvian... Do not assume it!

As I’m slowly making my rounds over the 5 boroughs to find the best roasted chicken in the city, another spot that keeps coming up is Inca Chicken over in Bushwick.

The family roots go back to North Korea, and the current owner's dad ended up in South America and just fell in love with the chicken in Peru. I FEEL bro. What a crazy back story, but I can’t get too emotionally attached to these things as I’m just here to try the chicken.

I got the half chicken and two sides, and at $14.50, this is beyond reasonably priced. They FULLY LOAD you up with sides. Nothing I love like a big portion size.

Options for sides range from mac n cheese to mashed potatoes to lo-mein, but I just went with the white rice with vegetables and sweet plantains.

To be honest, this chicken was solid. It was really good, but if I had to nit pick, it was just a little dry for my taste. But also keep in mind, I ate here 1 time and could have just caught them on a bad day or got a bad batch of chicken. It happens to the best of them.

Their green sauce was amazing and took it to another level, but like any good roasted chicken connoisseur, I have to judge the chicken pre-sauce. I’m slapping an 8 out of 10 on it.

Sides were banging though, definitely worth the trip if you are in the area. I need to get back to try the pernil and ribs, as those looked INSANE.

4.5 stars! Good food at a cheap price!! It's fast food thats already prepared but the entrees were still good. Place has several tables in the back of the little restaurant. But there's surprisingly no bathrooms. I walked to the hospital across the street to use the restroom lol. I came around 9pm on a Saturday and it was not busy.

Half a chicken with 2 side combo for less than $10! The chicken was so moist and fall off the bone delicious. The spicy green sauce that they have on the tables is delicious as well. My fiance had the beans and the macaroni cheese side. The beans were OK. The Mac and cheese was OK as well. Nothing to rave about.

I had the grilled ribs with mashed potatoes and I believe sweet plantains. The sides were OK. Main complaint is that the sides aren't really hot enough. The grilled ribs were pretty moist and flavorful. I had a bit too much food and couldn't finish it.

The sausage was delicious. It was hot and flavorful and the skin is snappy, which I love.

Overall, I would recommend the chicken and sausage definitely. Followed by the ribs. The...

This was the first time I visited inka chicken I had quarter chicken with 2 sides .They have plenty of sides to choose and the portions are generous . Chicken was delicious and for sides I chose broccoli and mashed potatoes Everything was delicious I also asked for a green sauce (spicy) for my chicken .

All in all the food was great and with a drink it came to $11 dollars can’t beat this price .

What I didn’t like was ( NO USE OF THE BATHROOM) now if I am going to go out and eat I must wash my hands not with sanitizer but with soap and water only thing that really works in killing germs .Also in general restaurants should now allow access to the restrooms for hygiene reasons and also to make the customer comfortable .

Sadly to say I won’t be returning unless they allow patrons to use the restroom . As a matter of fact all the other restaurants next door to inka chicken Won’t allow you to use their restrooms either and if you have to use the bathroom or for the elderly anyone with small kids good...
