Unethical business.... Kim is not an honest person.... I purchased a business class flight out of guyana in the summer time ( prices is high and availability very low) anyway everything was paid for and flight confirmed and all...the night before she calls me at 10:30 pm outside of business hours telling me flight delayed without confirming it with actua flight carrier. Tells me she wants to switch my flight..I said no..next morning, day of the flight she calls me tells me that the flight delay if I want switch. I told her I checked myself and no such thing is happening. Then n hour before check in her staff calls and tells me my seat is switched and I'm economy class. At the airport there was no business class seat avaliable. I called the office and they say she is out. She avoid me and screw me out of my seat...and sold it to another for what I believe to be more money... PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE... THEY MAKE IT SEE LIKE YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG and ITS YOUR PROBLEM...CALL...

Now we’re all in middle seats for a 16 hour flight - do not use...
