This is the worst experience that I ever had at a nail salon..as a nail salon cleanliness should be highly considered so we as customers would feel that we were handled with care but that wasn’t the case at that store as everything was so dirty,literally everything, and when I asked the technician to clean the tub where I will be placing my legs at she gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes and kept saying stuff in a different language but I can easily tell that she was cursing!. The stylist was lacking communication whatsoever,she was loud for no reason whenever I talk to her or ask her about something,she was so agressive and offering no answers or modifications! She even asked me aggressively to go to the restroom wash my hands after she was done filing!! She didn’t provide the service as it should be or at least as I was expecting..she was standing by the cashier and grilling me with her looks waiting for my tips!! Which ofcourse I didn’t give it!! Only for her to give me a rough attitude and she kept saying stuff in another language loudly and aggressively!! I mean why would you expect a tip as a sign of gratitude for your terrible service and attitude with your customers!!This is my first and last time going to that store..it’s my worst experience ever and I totally wasted my money and time and I will definitely take this to the next level if I got any skin problems because of the dirty tools and products. Really if I wasn’t in a rush and needed a nail salon last minute I would have left the store at the very first minute, but I also kept giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe at the end I will love my nails but honestly this is the worst place anyone would go to even if it’s a last minute...

I was really looking forward to my visit here based on glowing reviews and a strong recommendation from a friend. I’m very particular about my nails, and my friend specifically told me to request Alex, as he’s the only one who consistently did a great job for her. I arrived around 10:35 AM for a pedicure and and a full set and was told that Alex was with a client for another hour. That was totally fine with me—I was more than willing to wait for him. However, after waiting over an hour and a half, Alex told me someone else was available, which gave the impression he didn’t want to do my nails after all. I agreed to try the other technician, even though I had originally come for Alex. Unfortunately, the experience with the other nail tech was really unpleasant. He was very rough, didn’t ask what shape I wanted, did no proper nail prep, and skipped cutting my cuticles entirely, which I thought was a basic part of getting acrylics. I had to stop him mid-process just to ask about the cuticles, and only then did he roughly cut them, which made me very uncomfortable. At that point, I told them I no longer wanted him to do my nails and would wait again for Alex. By now, it was already 12:35 PM. I finally got my nails done and left around 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, the result was still very disappointing. The shape were uneven, the nails were shaped weirdly, and the French tips were all different shapes and sizes, nothing was consistent or clean. I had to go home and fix them myself. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I spent nearly 4 hours here and left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I love it here!! I wanted to get a mani and pedi before a summer trip and saw this new salon. The place was very peaceful and inviting and the staff were super hospitable in making me feel welcome as they put in a lot of effort toward your satisfaction. There was a variety of options for nails between polish, gels, SNS, acrylic etc., but also for other services like massages, spa pedicures, and waxing. They were gentle, yet quick during the whole process. When it came time for shaping, the worker doing my mani made sure to be very particular to what I asked. I love SNS because it protects my natural nails to grow where I don’t need tips, unless they break, which he seamlessly hid. Picking a design is always my fav. They had a tall book of stickers on stickers and a case of beautiful charms and stones. I got almost too much inspiration for future nails. I picked a pretty planet charm and some stones at Annie’s advice to match the color scheme. My mom also came here and has a skin sensitivity to the UV curing light for gel polish, but they have an additional portable UV light which she loves as it’s precise enough where it doesn’t irritate her skin. After getting my nails done, I got food and the staff were all asking about where I got them done and I didn’t hesitate to let them know. My friends constantly ask me as well and I can’t wait to take them here. The location is also convenient near TD bank and right next to a grocery market where you can get a snack if you’re hungry after!
