Poor customer service.Charge twice for a single item. When return to the store to dispute the charges I was told that I could not get my full refund, the refund has to be split, store credit and partial refund to my debit card. When I refused to accept the refund method the rude cashier was like “the owner said that’s how I can be reimbursed.” I continued to maintain that it was not my error and I should not be given a store credit. Simple math she could not comprehend which took me over an hour to explain to her. She kept saying that “she is confused.” I support small business but this place I will never go back. They can keep the store credit. Also they charge you a convenient fee when you used your credit card without informing the customer. Customers make sure you double check your receipt.

She stated that I would need to come in person when the sales clerk is on duty. However, I do not understand why I would need to come in again to explain the situation, as you are already aware of the issue. Visiting from out of town, we saw the store across the street from the subway station and decided to pop in. To our pleasant surprise and amazement the prices were unbelievable reasonable with a wide selection to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find all the outfits my teenage daughter was looking for. The young lady that assisted us made us felt like she was our personal shopper. Anyone in the neighborhood should definitely stop by. The owner and staff were very personable and couldn’t believe the store has been there for 40 years. That’s says a lot about quality of service…being around that many years. When you visit ask if you don’t see what you are looking for because they have more selections than what’s displayed.
