New Thriving — Restaurant in New York

Showed up here around 9:45 pm with some friends to get food and some drinks and was told we cannot eat in the restaurant there only doing take out since it’s during the week and it clearly state the close at 11pm Asked the cashier if we can just purchase the food eat some and take the rest with us but she said no and had a attitude also there were people still drinking at the bar so had no idea why we were not allowed to eat our food in the restaurant we had to go over at checkers fast food to eat plus purchase stuff from them in order to eat in . This was really a horrible experience . Management needs to look into this and put a note up take out only from 9 pm. Cashiers need to be more friendly and helpful. Bad experience there also the same cashier was just busy on her phone and mostly entertaining the people at the bar seems like we disturb her I think her name was Shelly not too sure but she could have done better. The third location of this particular restaurant, the good part is the food is pretty good. Nice to know the trio of restaurants can serve delicious proper food. The reason however, I'm giving this spot 3 stars is lukewarm service and environment compared to the other two spots. Maybe because it's a weekend, but the place was incredibly packed and the music was outrageously loud, I couldn't hear myself think. It took almost 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and if I didn't have myself already occupied watching a sports event, I would be impatient about how my food is taking that long to get prepared. The ladies weren't exactly too attentive either as I tried to get someone's attention to clear my table after I was done. I bought food from here on 9/1/20 and I must say it was not so good, I usually use a lot of salt and I must say the chicken was very salt, and over all the fry rice and chow mein was not very tasty and the chicken was not fresh, a few years ago this place was very good. The cashier that took the order was not wearing a mask, I asked her why and she was very rude, defensive and seems very uninformed, her idea was she is six feet away so it was ok for her not to wear a mask, well I think she should read up on the virus because six feet does not really count when a person is indoor, also the distance from the customer to the register is less than six feet especially when a person needs to stretch over to reach...
