Terrible service, these guys should be avoided if you can. I may not be an Elctrician but I’m a general contractor of 20 years. I spend a lot of time in various supply houses and understand that supply houses aren’t for everyday retail customers. I called asking if they had led drivers, they said come in we’ll help you. The sales person calculated the wattage and sold me a driver based on the light I brought in. Our electrician Attempted to install it and it didn’t work. I called the manufacturer of the driver, they informed me that it was not compatible with my light. When I returned the next day and explained that the driver wasn’t compatible the owner said ‘you tried to install it, it’s your problem now’. They refused to exchange the driver or refund me. I even called the tech support on speaker phone in front of the sales person, who after hearing the technical reason why it was wrong, told the tech on the phone that it should work. The technician was speechless and offered to send me a replacement driver. They couldn’t handle being wrong and decided to steal instead of being honest and refunding. Disgrace to...
