Double Care ABA: ABA Therapy In New York — Local services in New York

I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing this service for my son. Not only are some of the ABA therapist not properly trained some are also unreliable.

Today’s encounter was the last straw for me. Acs arrived at my home telling me an accusation was made against me yesterday for abuse and being aggressive with my son. The last time a therapist was in my home from here was December 16 and she knew her last day was coming because she over heard the conversation.

I called Cassandra and she tells me the last time Cio was in session she had concerns. The last session I WAS AT WORK AND NOT HOME so how is that possible. (I’m aware because I sent emails and have dated) My son’s father had me on speaker while I was telling him it would be her last day tho and she over heard the convo in the next room.

I guess no one thought that through huh? Lucklu my son is well taken care of and has plenty of therapist that can attest to my behavior with my son right?

STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY...

My daughter is Latina and black , she has yet to receive any services from here. Her first behavior technician that was assigned never showed up. Never even gave a explanation as to why she didn’t show up. She still has no Bacb or bt assigned and we’ve been with this company waiting for almost 3 months… now its very clear They have a preference here if you’re not of their kind, they will not make you a priority. Do not come here, Cassandra lies about calling you. She would rather text you instead of calling you. She told me I can go somewhere else and to not speak to her that way because I caught her out on her lies . They respond when they feel like it.. I tried to dust off how the intake Bacb Sharon acted when he came in to my home to do the initial assessment three months ago ..These people are such cons. They act like this towards us because we are truly who they want to be who they identify as …...

SCAM!!!!! No one gets back to you Cassandra or “CEO” Jacob I’ve reached out several times via email and phone and seems to be getting ignored for whatever reason! I’m suppose to be waiting for a BCBA to reach out and schedule an initial meeting after months. Nothing! Insurance company heard nothing as well. I’m just nervous because they have all my information and just suddenly stop responding after the initial assessment. No communication at all! If you notice the only ones writing reviews are the people that “work” there supposedly....
