So where do i begin. First of all, I already bought from this place to pierce my nose. It was successful, since they just used the gun to pierce my nose and i just use the stud it came with. Today i finally decided to go back there and switch it up. I entered and was just taking a look around because i wasn’t sure what nose ring to buy. I then get approached by 3 people who work there to help me one after the other. I asked all 3 of them a few times what the size of the nose ring i already have is. I get told over and over again that they don’t know the nose ring size because they said it wasn’t bought from them. i then corrected them and said i bought it from here, and they still had no idea what size it is, that the part that enters the piercing is just a “standard size”. I started to feel overwhelmed because i didn’t understand how 3 people can work in a jewelry store and not know that there are different sized nose rings for your piercing. I finally picked one that i really liked and tried my hardest to compare it to the one i already have by holding the new one next to it side by side, and they both looked similar to me. I then ask one of the 3 workers if this will fit me and showed them the hole of the piercing, they said yes. I asked “are you sure?” two times and i was told the same answer. keep in mind, you are not allowed to try anything until they are purchased, and there is a no refund policy, which i think is bizarre. So i ended up buying it and bringing it back to my boyfriends car. I tried to put it in my piercing hole and ended up almost bleeding. The nose ring did not fit and now i am stuck with it due to lack of knowledge from the 3 workers that i was assisted by today. The BEST jewelry store to make a name necklace!! ....I "custom-made" a name necklace for my niece Eleftheria ...& I wanted it made in Greek letters which is quite difficult to do. I ordered it in sterling silver. I was VERY happy with the results! It was legible ....& the quality was EXCELLENT. Prices are very reasonable as well . I normally am not the type of person to leave a review, but I took my 7 month old daughter here today to get her ears pierced. As a first time mom, I have been so nervous to get her ears pierced. I have been researching for months. Another local mom recommended yogi lala so I took the leap. It was so quick and easy. My daughter cried after the first piercing, but they let me calm her down quick before doing the second. It was $60 and I was in and out within about 15 minutes.. they even gave her a cute certificate. Just make sure you call ahead for an appointment!
