Yogurt City — Local services in New York

First of all the costumer service was horrible when I went in for the first time this young girl was very unprofessional, when I was purchasing I got a notification and I check it which she replied to that with “oh my god we don’t take Apple Pay” when I was clearly holding cash, the second time I went my little niece wanted to take the cup but not the ice cream and I showed her so she knew we weren’t stealing and with an attitude she replied “you are not getting ice cream” which I responded nicely saying “no she just wanted the cup” and I was willing to pay and she again with a sassy attitude said “oh my god” i don’t recommend this place at all there is definitely better stores out there with better flavors and well mannered workers. Also a message to the girl if you can’t deal with normal costumers then either quite or stay in the back no one needs to see that attitude of yours, I still don’t know how you are not fired with 100 reviews about your horrible...

This place sells really good frozen yogurt, however I have two major concerns. When I was filling up my cup, I accidentally dropped some yogurt on the floor, the tiniest bit. The woman came running and basically screamed at me saying “why did you spill it!!!”. I was shook at her behavior and I said it was an accident. Later when I was checking out, I was planning on using Apple Pay and the girl at the cashier gave me a horrible attitude saying “we don’t accept Apple Pay it literally says it on the sign”. Once again, I was shook but didn’t say anything. She ended up pulling out the Apple Pay machine, and I asked her why she didn’t tell me earlier. I went into yogurt city a month ago there was no prombles but a month later I went to get yogurt with a friend,we got our yogurt and went to the cash register and the cashier staff accused us of stealing a credit card and show us a paper to show ID and proof it’s our credit card we are only children wanting yogurt he was very hostile and rude I’ve been coming to this place for years this never has happened to me or my friend I give this place 0/0 I don’t recommend you guys going to yogurt city wasting your time fighting for your yogurt because you need an id shown to get yogurt this is...
