Was loyal customers since the day they opened. Always enjoyed sushi and sashimi even when the restaurant changed the owners several times. We used to bring friends and family for dinner and never was disappointed until last night. From the moment we walked in we noticed that there no ac with 90 degrees outside just one fan working, we asked them to turn the air conditioner on they replied that they r cold. Finally they turned ac on only one side of the room. We placed our regular order and they managed to ruined everything. The portions got minimized to paper thin, skimmed us for one roll needless to say that I only ordered 2 and my husband 3. I made them check our orders and they brought one more with no apologies but with attitude. We also noticed that for Saturday night it’s a ghost town which is very unusual for this place. They changed again the owner who knew us as regular guests. We left extremely disappointed and never coming back. Also, I definitely had a bad experience with the delivery driver from the restaurant. I tip based on how you speak to me on the phone and deliver my food. This delivery driver that they had on this particular day, called my phone and said “ You need to give me a tip” I replied, excuse me. He then repeated himself again for the second time. I told him I tip him based on him, bringing my food and delivering it to my door. He was basically telling me no tip no food. That’s ridiculous because if he would’ve just came to my door, he could have gotten a tip but to call my phone and tell me that I need to give him a tip in order to get my food is outrageous. I watched him on the camera he literally stood in his car for three more minutes before delivering my food. Also on the app, it said that my food was delivered at 6:30 PM. Tonight, after doubling over in violent, stabbing, stomach pains, and diarrhea, I vomited two and a half rolls and thankfully no longer feel like I might be dying. Truth is, for the past few months, I felt the quality of the food slipping. My mom told me she felt sick after the last time we went to the restaurant. I had hoped it was a fluke. Nope. After having to clean my walls and floor and commode from projectile vomit, I can safely say it was no fluke. How sad.
