I went in to get an acrylic fill around 530pm on 7/14. The salon was empty & I now see why. The lady acted annoyed when I asked her for pricing. I agreed to get an acrylic fill in with gel polish she priced at $80. Ridiculous but I needed it so fine. She said one of my nails needed to come off bc the acrylic was bad. $8 additional. Ridiculous but fine. Then she starts hacking at my nail with a metro card. I quickly said you know what? Just remove all the nails & do a new set. I expected her to soak them & remove them carefully. Nope she hacked them off with a metro card, broke not one, not two, but three of my natural nails. She didn’t even have the courtesy to clean them up by evening them out to match each other or put any nail hardener or oil on them. Then had the nerve to charge $17 to remove & butcher my natural nails. I wouldn’t go back here if someone paid me. Overpriced & incompetent workers. Horrible service.

I do wish that the pricing menu was a little more clear… the prices change based on design/length/shape of the nails and you have to verbally ask for the final price instead of going off the menu. If they fixed their pricing to be a bit more transparent, that would help a lot. But my nails look incredible and I’ve been super happy with the service all 3 times. Thank you Zoe!!! See you soon.

I’ve been to many salons in the area and let me tell you the attention to detail that Zoe puts into a hard gel manicure is unmatched. Please do not waste your time or money here I got powder gel which chipped on four nails within three days and when I went in there to ask if she could fix at least one of them that had completely chipped she said she was too busy for me to come back Out on Monday when they’re not busy and I was like well no I don’t wanna go three more days with my nails checked when I only got them done four days ago. Needless to say I’ll be going somewhere else to get it fixed. Do not waste your time...
