Hairs messed up big time - gonna take 2 months to recover. First hair cut I got 3 months ago was amazing (thought I found the perfect barber) 2nd was mid but not bad and this time??!! horrific. Barbers names Prime my head shape is fairly odd compared to a normal person so it takes someone of a much higher skill to be able to do it right consistently month after month. But if you have a normal shaped dome then He might be good. But for me no thanks.

Also notified me he was going to be 30 min late 10 minutes before the appointment and ended up taking 50 min instead. If I had shown up that late (depending on how booked he is) I would have either been told to reschedule or charged a fee or wait till all his appointments are done. I make it my business to show up on time or early and if I am late no more than a few minutes because I value the persons time. Traveled over 30 miles (45min drive) just to get a cut with Kazz. I learned about her shop through Instagram. I was so impressed with what other customers were sharing about the shop and just the overal vibe I picked up just by learning about Ztylez Studio through what I saw on the internet. Everything from the scheduling process to sitting down with Kazz, the process was seameless. From the minute I walked in, she followed procedures that made me feel safe (with all the Covid stuff going on) and I felt comfortable to talk to her like I was catching up with an old friend. A couple of her barbers were there and I enjoyed observing how they were interacting too. Just overall an awesome atmosphere to be in. One word… wow! I was completely blown away of how friendly, courteous both shop owner Cassandra and the team made me feel as soon as I walked in. I recently had SMP (scalp micro pigmentation) performed. Cassandra took her time to explain everything and provide valuable information of how the procedure works. She was also very patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Cassandra made me feel at ease both prior to the session, during and after. I absolutely loved her approach during the session. She took a consultative approach where it was based on my comfort level and how I wanted the end result to look like.
