AT&T Store — Local services in Newark

My name is Angelina boon and I’m writing to commend you for hiring the manager of your AT&T store located on 160 Market st in Newark NJ. I’m pleased to report that at 9am mngr Ivan was bright eyed and chipper as he took his time to explain your $25.00 deal which will include myself and 3 college grandchildren. I’m a frisky 65yr old senior citizen who isn’t technically savy. This did not deter Ivan from being polite and friendly as I reached out to my grands. My experience was vey pleasant and not in the least bit embarrassing as I’d anticipated it would no doubt be due to my own ignorance. Thank you for giving this community Ivan. I got a Terrible experience from this store, they deserve a 0 star if I can make. They are good at playing fraudulence to the costumer. They offered me a promotion for free iPhone 7 with 30months lease, the sales told me it’s totally free. But I found the bill still charge me $5 for installment and also he added an insurance and protection fee on my plan without consenting me! !!!! I just drove 20 minutes to get to the store. I get here, and there’s a sign on the door that says out to lunch, be back soon. It’s almost 4:45 PM in the afternoon. You don’t even know when they’re going to be back. How does this happen with an entire AT&T store? This is completely unacceptable. I have no idea what time they will come back, and now I have to drive back home another 20 minutes. Just wasted An hour of my life I’m never going to get back....
