Bait and switch what a shame came out to support with a several hundred dollar purchase only to be met with rude staff. The only nice people was security who agreed with me it’s messed up what they pulled.

Don’t waste your time.Placed a pre-order after being told by their social media that the grand opening will be busy. I place my order after closing and request next day pickup. Had to pay for parking 2 blocks away. I Go to pick up my order after waiting for 2 and a half hours on a line (what’s the point t of preorder if I have to wait behind people who didn’t order) and they are saying they don’t have my order. Well they have the items just not at the same price.

Of course it’s now 25-30% more now if I want the same exact products I pre purchased . All I got was rude staff “person” and uneducated “managers” unwilling to help. The music was loud and this guy at the register keeps saying, “what?” After everything I say ironically only after I start questioning things he starts this what routine, I repeat it louder and now he says stop yelling at me . He then scurries off grabs what appears to be a Wendy’s overnight manager to yell at me that those are yesterday prices and how they won’t be honoring them.

Drive to cookies it’s 10 mins away , has free parking and honors their prices not gives you an attitude because they feel they can jack the prices cause they have a first day crowd .i came to support A business I left with nothing and drove to cookies instead. Besides most flower...

I’ve been coming to Hashstoria since the soft opening. I have a very particular choice when it comes to all things in my life. Either the best or nothing at all (I miss them 7G Wu-Wed btw). My 1st time walking in I was greeted with beautiful customer service by a staff member named ‘Ebony’, the back and forth was genuine and she even complimented me on my choices of flowers. You guys have made great and rapid strides in making the experiences & choices of flowers very spontaneous and that a major step about many. Constant holiday/themed events makes people want to come back. For me it’s the benefits that comes with being a loyal consumer. You guys keep the variety fresh and I love that you give local growers a chance to shine. The best pack presentation thus far is the ‘ Homie Pack ‘ the art, the packaging & of course the flower itself gets the job done, bring back more (plz n thanx). The vibe alone brought me to this joint in the middle of brick city. Yeah parking is a challenge, you’re in the NYC area not Kansas, but so what? Rub up against the locals, they don’t bite. The shop is kiosk order but the staff is glad to help with opinions etc. I came up from the dirty south for some shows at MSG and as a disciple of the Wu I had to come see Raek’s spot. The gear is dope and the merch is fly. $25 for a tee is mad reasonable in 2024. The price of ganja is more determined by the low supply allowed in NJ, the quality is very top. They hooked me up with a free book too. Very kind spot....
