Never been to jersey nor this location. Who used my identity to get a reduction on their purchase. I’m not okay with this at all considering I got an email notification letting me know. I have been trying to reach someone on the phone since 10:30am at the Newark location on Market St. Absolutely, no response. At 3pm, someone finally answered "Sabrina". Sabrina could not be bothered with assisting and locating an item for me. I was transferred to "John" who was able to help me and locate the item I was searching for. It took a total of 3 mins.
