I had recently started a first net account and bought a new iPhone at the Harrison, NJ location but the phone had to ordered since they failed to tell me until after the purchase that they didnāt have the one I wanted. My current phone at the time broke and I was desperate for a phone in the meantime. I decided to go to this location to see if they had a phone available for me. For whatever reason the person who did my first net account made it so I couldnāt even access it but at ferry st location, Paola, went above and beyond to correct all the madness that had happened before. She got me a phone, $55 credit and even clarified all of my questions (as it turned out I was lied to in the other store). Paola has vast knowledge of how to work the system and who to call to get what you need done. She has no issue taking the time needed to help you with your phone. I would recommend her to anyone that needs to deal with AT&T. I feel like I can trust her and she is really trying to help the customer and not just get a commission. You could see there were multiple clients in the store asking for her help and waiting for her specifically and Iām sure itās due to her...

We clearly and loudly told both associates, multiple times, we wanted a sim card to add to the ipad and to add to my current phone plan. Repeatedly, they kept refering to the ipad pro and how they didnt have it in store and they can order it online. It wasnt until 15-20m after we arrived that they finally figured out we wanted JUST the sim card NOT the ipad pro. Along that exchange, one of the associates said the newest ipad pro came out couple months ago(january 2021), when in fact, it hasnt even come out yet, not until mid april at least. Just felt they thought we were two shmucks from the ironbound that didnt know what they wanted. I dont even think they paid any attention to what we were saying. Not to shame the associates but i left feeling lost...

I had a problem with my phone service that I was trying to troubleshoot and I took an insane amount of time to get through the security verification process. they were very patient and calm finding me a resolution and staying on the phone with at&t. in the end they answered a lot of questions and helped me to find a reasonable solution that involved buying a temporary phone and suggesting solutions to my problem. they even set up my new phone through the many steps of service and data transfer. they really reinforced my choice to stay with at&t through all these years while other providers have offers and more appealing service plans...
