Food was good service was OK not great the bartender never said your welcome after repeated thank you. She was nice but seemed like she was rushing us and the place was empty. She was cleaning the dust off the bottles which 90 percent of places don't...very clean place but the nail in the coffin was gratuity added for 2 people. I'm a good tipper I say you know I would have left you a bigger tip then 10.95 she says sorry but it's our rules you can leave more if you like. I said sorry to late you already told me how much I have to tip. She did apologize and was nice but I hate places that do that I get it if it's a big party but 2 people for lunch at a bar when the bill was 65.00 lol ....I asked how the soup was her response was its good soup is soup you know...probably won't go back. My companion and I shared the BBQ meal for two. It came with flank steak, sausages, pork ribs, and bacon-wrapped chicken, with a positively massive mountain of French fries, heaping plate of warm white rice, and a big bowl of black beans. It also came with a bowl of their hot pepper sauce, which was one of the most awesome flavors I have ever tasted, and it was REALLY spicy. All the while we were eating, a bunch of sweet Brazilian contemporary music played on an ultra HD display behind the bar. Our only disappointment was that, since we were traveling and had no refrigeration for hours, we were unable to take out leftovers with us. I hope that the staff was not offended by our leaving the box there. I would definitely return to this restaurant. It was my first ever experience with Brazilian BBQ, but it sure will...

Péssimo Staff/ Gerente. Pessoas de má fé!!! Terrible Staff/Manager. People of bad faith!!!

Pagamos a conta e sai do restaurante, antes de chegar no estacionamento voltei pois tinha esquecido meu celular (menos de 2 minutos! Dois minutos!) As duas meninas que estavam na recepção disseram q não estava lá, olharam nas gavetas que estavam no balcão e disseram q não tinha nada lá. Voltei no carro para pegar o celular do meu marido que tinha rastreador e voltei no restaurante pra pedir pra ver as câmeras. A garçonete que nos atendeu veio lá de dentro me reconhecendo e já falando que eu tinha esquecido o meu celular (na frente das duas meninas da recepção e do gerente) e foi direto na gaveta onde as duas tinham olhada e me entregou meu celular. Deixando tanto as duas meninas como o gerente com a cara no chão. Queria saber a necessidade disso, de ver o telefone na gaveta e não entregar ao cliente??? Sendo que o telefone era bloqueado e com rastreador e elas não poderiam fazer nada. Fiquei realmente descepcionada, não volto mais no local e vou avisar a todos que me perguntarem que não indico o local.

We pay the bill and leave the restaurant, before arriving at the parking lot I returned because I had forgotten my cell phone (less than 2 minutes! Two minutes!) The two girls who were at the reception said it wasn't there, they looked in the drawers that were on the counter and They said there was nothing there. I went back in the car to get my husband's cell phone that had a tracker and went back to the restaurant to ask to see the cameras. The waitress who served us came from inside recognizing me and already saying that I had forgotten my cell phone (in front of the two girls at the reception and the manager) and went straight to the drawer where the two had looked and handed me my cell phone. Leaving both the two girls and the manager facedown. I wanted to know the need for this, to see the phone in the drawer and not deliver it to the customer??? Since the phone was locked and tracked and they couldn't do anything. I was really disappointed, I will not go back to the place and I will let everyone who asks me know that I do not...
