DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE OR ANYTHING THERE TO REPAIR!!!!!! I have a droid ultra and took it there for repair. I asked the guys if they could fix it and they told me yes for sure that it was going to look brand new, boy did they fool me. It was just my screen cracked but they needed to order a new screen for me. I asked if they could do the job within 8 days and they said yes. That as soon as the screen comes in they will call me to fix my phone. I waited 2 weeks, almost 3 and I had to call them. When I call they said oh yes your screen came in, I asked how long ago the screen came in and the guy didn't know what to say and said today. I go in the next day to fix my phone and it was like they just glued a screen to my phone. I asked by is my screen popping out and the guy said because you need to get a good case to the screen stays in place. A day later my phone just froze because the screen was coming off. Best two recommendations are buy insurance for your phone, and never take anything to this place. They just robbed my money and time. Worst...

Won't recommend this place .. first time there when I did an screen change cuz my phone's screen ( Samsung Note 10) was broken, they told me 70$ 😒 3 days my phone screen was getting blurry and some dark spots.. 3 months after that I did my 2nd screen change but this time they told me 75$ but my phone screen 1 weeks after that it when low quality .. months later I did my 3rd screen repair but they told me 109$ cuz taxes and it depends by the weeks .. then just getting out from the store I turned on my phone's screen and I was disappointed cuz my whole screen was really bad installed completely blurry so I returned back to get it fixed .. they told me they will change my screen again but I don't think they did..I believe they use the same screen but never coming back to this place..even if the screen were really cheap it don't have to be blurry or bad installed... U will see the way they reply arguing with lies back when they getting 1 ⭐.. a good store provide...

I have never encountered a place that lacks as much knowledge in their own work as much as Micro City. Professionalism is also lacking here.

A simple phone screen repair on my iPhone 11 Pro Max has turned into a nightmare. Micro City has replaced my phone screen 3 times since my first initial visit. Each time I brought my phone back to them, it was because of issues with my phone screen.

As a write this, my phone is still broken because of their negligence. At this point, I have decided to simply order a new phone as I don't have any more time or patience dealing with Micro City.
