I loved the metro by t-mobile service when my iPhone battery wouldn’t charge I went in and asked if they had any new deals on iPhones or iPhone 12 while they had the promotion for iPhone 12. Said I would have to get a new line and plan and I couldnt keep my old number. The guy working the counter pulled out a used iPhone 12 from his pocket and said I got a used one for sale for 400 dollars. Seemed real sketchy and decided to switch phone company. I went here to have my mom's phone looked at to be fixed. Once I said I had insurance they sent me home. They did notice screen was black. I went home looked on YouTube and fixed it. I got a replacement. My mom went back for help. She wasn't helped due to no wifi. They couldn't transfer over contacts. I'm choosing a different t mobile. Not...
