Disappointing Experience with Hidden Fees and Misleading Information

This was not my first time purchasing a suit, but it was certainly one of my most disappointing experiences. I ordered a custom suit from this store. While the response time for the order was satisfactory and aligned with what was promised, everything else fell short.

First, I encountered hidden and undisclosed fees for minor alterations and wait times. Unlike other stores where basic modifications, such as hemming pants, are included in the price, this shop charges extra. When I placed the order in person, I was told that any adjustments would only take 10 minutes. However, on the delivery day, I was informed that modifications would take 45 minutes and that each adjustment would cost an additional fee—amounting to nearly 35% of the suit’s price per alteration, which is excessive.

The lack of upfront transparency was unacceptable. Customers should be informed of these potential costs before completing the purchase, not after payment.

As for the quality of the suit, it was average at best, leaning toward low quality. The only reason I purchased from this store was due to the urgency of needing a specific style for an unexpected event, and this store was the only nearby option that had it available in time.

I cannot recommend this store due to its lack of transparency, hidden charges, and mediocre product quality. Future customers deserve better honesty...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Unique Design, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The store's layout is fantastic, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. The variety of clothing at Unique Design is impressive. They have everything from casual wear to formal attire, all of which are beautifully curated and of exceptional quality. I was particularly impressed by the unique designs and styles that I haven't seen anywhere else. What truly sets Unique Design apart is their impeccable customer service. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They provided personalized recommendations based on my preferences and needs and made sure I had a wonderful shopping experience. The prices at Unique Design are considerably reasonable considering the high quality of their products.

Overall, a great store. If you need clothing for any event (casual - formal), this is the #1 place to go to.

I visited this store with my 26 year old son and parents, not knowing what to expect, earlier we had visited another store on lower Broadway and it went so bad, I was almost afraid, Buttttt I found the most amazing service in this men’s store on Brandford Place 🥰, we were greeted as soon as we came in, I asked for a suit that I could afford, in a matter of minutes I was walking out of the store with not one , but two suits at reasonable prices with shirts, ties and even socks!!! Mr. Willie with his measuring tape around his neck (which he barely used) because all he had to do was look at my son and knew his measurements!!! My stress was all gone!!! Here I am thinking I was going to have to look and try to do everything by myself, but not in this place!!🥳 They totally took the time to listen to our request and we all left there feeling great about our shopping experience here!!
