Many problems when buying furniture here. First, delivery times took weeks. When we finally got our mattress delivered, it was the wrong mattress. Similar, but the cheaper version of the one we picked out. We then had to wait 4 more weeks for the mattress we actually bought to come in. At this time, I’m thinking honest mistake. After multiple more problems, I realized he was trying to give us a worse mattress for the price of the better one. ($1000 difference!) Next, he delivers the wrong rug. Fine, another mistake, right? Wrong. We give it back. Then, chairs we order that “should be here in a week” don’t come in for 5 weeks. Now, we finally after months get our final delivery of furniture and rugs. Sal delivered us the dirty, filthy rug from his show room floor! A white rug delivered to me brown! I should have taken pictures because it blew my mind how absolutely disrespectful that is. That being the final straw, I will never recommend this place or Sal to anyone. We spent thousands of dollars here and he disrespected us. Dirty business practices, dirty place, dirty furniture that they expect you to bring into your home. This was horribly foul. I called Sal and he admitted to giving me his showroom floor dirty rug because he didn’t have more of the one I wanted. We brought it back immediately, and we will never do business here again. With all of the furniture store options on the Turnpike and in Connecticut, stay far away...

YOU WILL REGRET IT!! The customer service is awful, the furniture quality is incredibly cheap, and the delivery guys are a big mess. The manager will promise things he will not deliver and the delivery guys will damage your furniture and stay quiet about it. I literally had to wait 15 days to get my mirror that I was missing of the dresser I bought. And last but not least: the grand finale… they will leave all the boxes and plastics in your property. I had to literally argue with the delivery guys so they can take all the boxes and plastics with them. Like what furniture store do that?? The rest of the furniture stores I’ve purchased from before always take the boxes plastics etc. The guys will do a mediocre job and leave a big mess in your house. I spent over $1,200 in a cheap bedroom set. I even wrote a message to the owner SALIBA and he never replied. Trust me I regret...

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a set of tables from this store, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. First, they promised next-day delivery—didn’t happen. Then they brought the wrong items: only part of the set arrived (a coffee table and a side table), and even those were incorrect. I made it clear multiple times what I ordered, but they kept delivering the wrong color and items I never asked for.

They have come multiple times and still can’t get it right. On top of that, they are refusing to give me my money back, and I’ve been waiting way too long for them to bring the correct table. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism.

Never again will I purchase from this store or recommend...
