Chan and Jane were very helpful with purchasing my husband’s wedding band. When my husband’s ring came in he was unhappy with the texture in between his fingers as he said it felt like sandpaper and it was not the size he wanted. Chan was gracious enough to take back the special order and reorder a different ring with a smooth polish and the correct size. My husband quickly changed his mind and did not want the ring anymore and they said that they could not refund it because it was a special order. We were not aware of this because when we originally purchased their printer was not working and we did not see that fine print. This time frame happen to be around Christmas and the new year so corporate was closed and the company who was going to make the ring was closed. Chan really stepped up to the plate and advocated for us to corporate with giving us a refund. She did as she promised a time frame to have an answer after the new year in regards to canceling the order and giving us a refund. Today 1/2/2025 Chan called me with the good news and was able to canceling the order and a 100% refund. She took the time to have this issue resolved and my husband and I are very happy with the outcome as they don’t give refunds once a special order has been placed. Great...

Amazing! I've been shopping for a mothers ring for my wife a Christmas gift, knowing it would be a unique ring (we have a very large family) and probably challenging to find something beautiful and in our price range. We finally ended up at Hannoush in Newington, NH as our last resort and struck Gold! Noah helped us design this amazing ring guiding us the whole way but at the same time making the design totally ours....we looked at examples and he came up with sketches and never diverted from what my wife wanted. We completed the design, got a quote, made the order and the ring was available (a custom ring) in just a little over a week, it was so much more beautiful than we could imagine! Honestly, I'm not easily impressed by jewelry, but this was really beautiful ...Noah stayed in touch the whole time. Can't say enough about these guys, impeccable customer service. They made me and my wife feel like royalty. Bought my wife's engagement ring at Hannoush a long, long time ago...not sure why I'd shop anywhere else for jewelry, but I know for now on I'm shopping exclusively at Hannoush. Most recently, we had bought a Movado watch as a gift to our son for his wedding. Immediately after he had put it on prior to dressing for the ceremony, it became apparent that there was a problem with the watch and it was an issue I was not sure would have been covered by the warranty.

Shortly after the wedding, I brought the watch back to see what could be done. The team at Hannoush did everything in their power to see if the problem could be rectified, they were, in fact, successful!
