Bull Moose — Local services in Portsmouth

I cannot lie, I enjoy music and I also enjoy the variety of music available to view at this establishment; however, in terms of customer service and satisfaction, Bull Moose is unlike any other place I've been to. One of the employees, who claimed to be "in charge" asked me if I needed help finding anything and I told him my friend and i were just browsing the selection. From that point on he followed me and my friend around the store in a close and uncomfortable manner. He once again asked if we needed help. I again replied no and then he followed up with, "are you okay man?". I said yes when in reality he was making me extremely uncomfortable and also made me not want to purchase anything. He followed me and my friend out of the store and accused of shoplifting or stealing from his store. I told him I had shopped there before and had no intent of stealing and i was upset about how i was treated and accused of thieving. My friend asked for the owner or the " big bosses " number and he refused to give it to us. We left bull moose outraged and when we were walking down the sidewalk he yelled to us to turn around, and he then proceeded to make a sad crying face at us implying us to go cry about it. I write this review more as a obituary of something I loved than about the quality of the shop, which has always been excellent. Recently read about the impending move of the shop out of town and was sadden, we are loosing a gem of a store in our downtown. Sure they are just moving and not closing but the change is synonymous to a impending and drawn out death.. A retreat to the failed stripe malls of Newigton, it no longer will be a shop you walk from work, home, or on a weekend stroll through downtown to find that album you wanted, its a loss of a feeling more than a shop, a feeling that just cant be replicated in the same way on a unnamed strip mall. It will be a anonymous sign among many from the windows of passing cars, no longer accessible and enjoyable to all. Goodbye Blue Moose, I hope you can prove me wrong, I will try my best to go out of my way to visit you but I just not see that as financially and comfortable experience that I can sustain...

Service is great in store,but online is a bit of a pain! You put a title of a movie, and you get a bunch of everything but what you need and there's no option to "elaborate" your search or give a description of your search. For an example: I'm looking for a movie called "A True Story" that's the title! So I get everything that a movie that's a true story movie even though the movie isn't called a true story, just based on a true story or someone's life story!! Hello!!! I want the move actually called "A true Story" about an old man who drives a tractor across country to see his sick old brother he hasn't spoken to in years!! Awesome movie!! Unfortunately, I have no idea where to get it and will now have to find another place to purchase it that allows people the option to "elaborate" on subject matter! I still love bullmoose, but I'm going out of town and need this gift ASAP! Hope you fix...
