The store smells absolutely wonderful, and there is an enormous variety of products that I haven't seen anywhere else in the area. The proprietor and his assistant are very friendly and explained the uses of several ingredients to me. We left with many spices, flours, and mixes, and with some cookbook/internet time to learn about the products we saw but didn't purchase, I'm sure we'll be back on a regular basis in the future. Store just opened, so selection was a little limited. Staff were very courteous, everything was very clean. Looking forward to going back next month. Edit: Returned this week week.
