Richardo I believe was the nice young man’s name. This guy , let me tell you was absolutely amazing , fun , funny , very helpfull , and the best thing was he listened and was very thoughtful with my 8 yr old daughter as well as my wife and I. Talk about a nice down to earth very professional at the same time kind of magical human being. I was tossing through the loose Lego bins at this awesome store for over an hour and a half till the poor guy closed the store. He did an amazing job at making us feel like we were at home in our living room going through our legos. I can say I don’t ever really leave reviews unless someone really wows me and is really nice to my daughter!! This store is awesome by itself and the prices are very reasonably tagged with the prices you pay for legos at other stores this place is my new gem!! But this employee that helped us for over an hour and a half really makes this store what it is. Absolutely wonderful kind young man!! This guy has patience like you couldn’t even imagine. Because I know if someone was in my store for over an hour and a half I’d be like come on what the!!!! Thank you again and again Richardo. My daughter talks about how kind you were to her ever since that day and wants to go back as well as I do too. Because of you. Your an amazing human being and you deserve shares in something to do with the principal take in on this establishment, because you rock man. Keep up the great work and awesome attitude and your gonna sore into places you never imagined could happen because of the person you are and the qualities you possess!!! C you soon buddy. Thank you!
Sincerely,
That guy and his family that spent an hour and a half till close hahaha!!!!!, Anthony Fryou
I hope you have as nice a year...
Read moreBy the honest facts, this is the second-greatest B&M location I have ever been to, and I've been to a few! You're a lucky duck if this store is in your neighborhood.
I've spent the most time with Mark, Tom, and Theo. They are all friendly, fun to talk to, and are very candid about my questions regarding their store's operational style as I learn more about them. I love trading pieces with them and I've never had a hangup negotiating in a way that took it outside the realm of fun - "cool" is the word of the day.
The pick-a-brick is huge and full of good stuff. It takes me a few hours to get through it all! Some B&M franchises pick out a bit more of the nice pieces and put individual prices on them than I like, but here it's a very honest mix of sweet things in the PaB and things you might have to ask and pay extra for. Their minifig and complete set selection is very well-rounded and stocked and is displayed well.
I haven't begun participating yet but I appreciate that the store maintains a community case for builds by local fans. They also have workshops and events that I have yet to visit but love that they're doing all they can to foster a local community!
I wish this store an excellent future and look forward to seeing their efforts to build a community bring joy to every...
Read moreI visited this LEGO store after checking their posted business hours, which indicated they were open. However, upon arrival, there was a sign on the door stating they would reopen at 12:10 PM. I returned at that time and knocked, only to be told the store was actually closed all day for inventory.
When I pointed out the sign indicating a 12:10 reopening, the employee responded that the closure had been announced on social media. Unfortunately, not all customers follow the store on social platforms, so this information wasn’t accessible to everyone.
For future reference, it would be much more helpful—and respectful to customers’ time—if the store placed a clear sign on the door stating they are closed for the entire day, rather than posting a conflicting return time. Clear, consistent communication goes a long way in maintaining...
